The 60th AISWCD Annual Meeting and Illinois Land and Water Resources Conference will be held July 27th – 29th at the Hilton in Springfield.

Meal Registration
Registration form used to register for conference and to order tickets for meal functions. All conference attendees must fill out this form. AISWCD will fill out all forms for award winners.

Registration form for those who need direct billing as a form of payment to hotel.
Due Date: Direct billing forms must be received before July 7, 2008
*Rooms are given on a first come first served basis

Registration form used to register SWCD’s Voting Delegate & Alternate.

Director Service Award Registration
Registration form used to recognize those SWCD Directors that have served on a SWCD Board for exactly 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, or 35 years (as of the end of 2008).
